Nirvana Swimming Pool Heat Pumps

Nirvana swimming pool heat pumps are made in Canada.
They combine high build quality with excellent output and reliability.

What is so good about the Nirvana Heat Pump?
Designing a heat pump is all about getting the balance between the
gas compressor, the heat exchanger and the evaporator to produce the
most heat for the least energy input. But not only that. The performance
at low temperatures and the noise produced are just as important. To
make a heat pump produce 4 times its input at 30 deg C is easy. To make
one produce nearly 5 times its input at 10 deg C (typical night time
temperatures in the UK) and do it quietly takes clever design and a
dedication to quality. Add to this a warranty lasting up to 10 years and
you can see what makes the Nirvana Heat pump stand out from the pack.
Nirvana heat pumps use the 410a refrigerant gas to provide higher heat output and higher COPs.
New 2011 range now available
Now available is the new improved 2011 model renamed as the "S"
range, there are 3 Nirvana heat pumps available in the "S" range and one
in the "H" range which is the reverse cycle model for indoor pools.
| Heat Pump Model |

Nirvana has introduced a hot gas reverse cycle model in to the range.
Most heat pumps stop working at about 5c ~ 40f because they freeze up.
Most people don't want to swim at those temperatures anyway but for
those that do or for indoor pools now there is the H95 heat pump that
can produce as much heat at 0c as normal heat pumps do at 20c.
- Superior low-temperature energy efficiency and performance
The performance of our units at low temperatures gives us a strong
competitive advantage. The COP (coefficient of performance) of a heat
pump expresses the relationship between the quantity of heat produced
and the energy required to produce it. In other words, a COP of 5 will
generate £5 worth of heat from £1 worth of electricity. With Nirvana
units, you get a high COP even at low temperatures. Now more than ever,
it's a smart choice. - Lowest noise level on the market
Most products generate noise levels between 70-90 decibels. The Nirvana
range of heat pumps has been specially designed to produce less than 60
decibels. Noise reduction has always been a major concern at Nirvana.
The compressor sound insulation cover and our fan blade design ensure
the lowest level of noise, making Nirvana Heat Pumps the right choice
for peace and tranquility. - A highly competitive warranty and support network
- 10 year limited warranty against corrosion for the titanium heat exchanger
- 5 year warranty on the compressor
- 3 year warranty on parts and labour
- 15 year warranty on fibreglass case
- Immediate telephone and internet assistance
- Easy to use digital Control Panel
The digital control panel of the Nirvana allows you to precisely adjust
the temperature level of the water. This means constant water
temperature and an optimum energy output for your pool. Our control
panel ensures safe usage of the pump with built-in sensors designed to
prevent breakage. Our products come equipped with an electronic de-icing
control and control options for your pool and/or spa. Plus, you can
even personalise your Nirvana settings so your particular needs can be
given priority. - Durability and performance tailored to weather extremes
The components used in the manufacture of our heat pumps are chosen for
their capacity to perform well under all weather extremes. As an
example, a recent test conducted on our pool heaters demonstrated that
the defrosting cycle was triggered at temperatures below 3°C (35°F).
However, the heat pumps are equally efficient at temperatures up to
40°C. - Functional, aesthetic design
While noise reduction and low running costs are often consumer
priorities, longevity is equally important. That's why our heat pumps
offer great advantages:
- an attractive resistant, composite material that can be matched to any colour
- an aesthetically pleasing design that will add beauty to your home.
- Easy installation and maintenance
Nirvana heat pumps have been designed for quick and easy installation and
simple repair. The components are easily accessible while also being
protected and tamperproof. Furthermore, Nirvana heat pumps are so simple to
maintain, that you can do it yourself without fear of damaging the
product. - Other Nirvana beauty traits
- Thermostatic valve that releases the exact amount of Freon needed for optimal efficiency
- Oversized titanium heat exchanger that increases efficiency while also being resistant to erosion and corrosion
- Enlarged evaporator that provides greater efficiency, noise reduction and lower pressure
- Dehydrator filter that protects against humidity
- Ultra resistant fibreglass case that protects against UV rays and rusting
- Electronic de-icing and defrost control.
- Fibre glass casing - no rust.
- Electronic self diagnostic control panel
- Quiet 53 dB noise level.
